Anna Cox works in the Marketing, Market Research and Innovation research group as a project leader for the DUS!board project. She was also the project leader of the forerunner to this project, the research programme entitled Return on Creativity. Anna has extensive experience in market research at both the national and international levels.
Anna Cox studied Cultural Philosophy and Mass Communication at the University of Amsterdam.
After finishing her studies, she worked as a moderator at Psyma, the Institute for Psychological Market Analysis, and later as Client Service Manager at Synovate Netherlands (now Ipsos), where she was invited to fulfil the position of Insights Director because of her ability to integrate research tools for the purposes of innovation. She also won the WOW award (a prize for innovation).
Since 2011, Anna Cox has been teaching Market Research within the degree programme in Commercial Economics at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. She oversees market research teaching, serves on the Curriculum Coordination Group and helps to manage the Education Section of the MOA. In collaboration with the MOA and the NIMA, she has initiated and organized events such as Junior MIE. She is also a visiting professor at a number of other universities and universities of applied sciences.
